It has occured to me that we can set up a system similair to that of a "workers's council". These were used in Soviet Russia before they were broken up by the Stalinist dictatorship, also set up between the Tsar fleeing and the Bolsheviks taking power, they helped break down the Capitalist Provisional Government, and are a key feature of any Marxist system that I have come across. I think that equality without them would be incredibly difficult. The system works whereby each region has a council, who elect a representative to go to the next council up. This continues and in a country as big as Russia there were several levels before the top. Each representative is elected regularly, is bound by his/her council and is subject to the right of recall. We're trying to set up a similair state here, with a view to achieving total equality. If each radical left-wing region did the same, we could take it to another level and unify the left-wing to lobby the WA and stand up to the fascists in actual gameplay.
Your thoughts?
